Melatonin: A Lucid Dreaming Supplement and Sleep Aid

Melatonin is a natural supplement that signals your body it is time to go to sleep. By itself it can give you quite vivid dreams, but does not usually result in lucidity. On the nights that you take galantamine, it is recommend that you take melatonin 15-30 minutes before bedtime. This will help counter any wakefulness effect of galantamine, and will aid you in getting sufficient deep sleep during the first half of the night.
